What you can expect You support the creation, analysis, and presentation of core HR reports, such as headcount, FTE, turnover, and recruiting KPIs.You contribute to the development, enhancement, and automation of HR reporting solutions, including Power BI and Excel.You conduct ad hoc analyses and translate insights into clear, management‑ready presentations.You support HR cost planning, budgeting processes, and forecasting activities.You actively participate in HR projects, for example related to new reporting tools or people analytics initiatives.You help drive the standardization and documentation of HR reporting processes.You collaborate closely with the HR Controlling team and take ownership of your own scope while supporting the implementation of the company’s overall strategy.
What you can expect You will take on the project management for the further rollout of our job evaluation system in both national and international contexts.You will be the contact and sparring partner for questions regarding compensation and job evaluation for our national and international HR business partners, managers, and the works council – in compliance with our policies.You will conduct salary benchmarks and participate in benchmark surveys and equal pay analyses.You will be involved in annual bonus and salary rounds, including budget planning and approval.Your responsibilities will be rounded off by the development and review of salary bands, involving various stakeholders (local HR managers, works council, management) while considering the respective national specifics (e.g., collective agreements).
What makes you stand out You have a degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification.You have relevant professional experience in the digitalisation of HR processes and cloud-based HR IT solutions (SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone or similar).You have a talent for communication and are enthusiastic about the digital transformation of HR processes.You are characterised by your service-oriented, analytical and strategic way of thinking.
