Works with Labor Relations to train the HR, Operations and other related business leaders on the requirements of the CBA and existing laws under the NLRA and other related labor laws; Identifies and recommends innovative changes for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: ·Responsible for working with various HR systems (ie: Oracle Fusion, Kronos, ADP, my Talent World, Avature) Vendor management includes:mass uploads, interfaces, and reporting.In addition, responsible for supporting HR USA team with reporting, user maintenance, troubleshooting, training, queries, and any other ad-hoc requests ·Responsible for creating and maintaining all key HR Metrics (i.e. turnover rates, demographic information, etc.)
